Terms & Conditions – Kujjana Art School

Welcome to Kujjana Art School. By enrolling in our programs or accessing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Registration

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee.
• Course access (including Zoom links, materials, etc.) will be provided only to registered students.
• Kujjana reserves the right to deny admission if necessary.

2. Fees & Payments

• All course fees must be paid in full before the batch start date.
• Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances, including absence or withdrawal.
• Offers or discounts, if available, must be availed during the payment stage and cannot be claimed afterward.

3. Class Start & Minimum Enrollment

• Group classes will begin only when the minimum required enrollment of 6 students is met.
• Each group batch can have a maximum of 12 students.
• If the minimum number of students is not reached by the announced start date, the class start date will be extended.
• Individual (one-to-one) classes will begin on a mutually agreed date between the student and the assigned teacher.

4. Class Participation

• Students must attend classes on time and maintain discipline.
• Kujjana reserves the right to discontinue access for students showing inappropriate behavior or repeated absence without notice.

5. Schedule & Curriculum

• The class schedule may be subject to change due to unavoidable reasons. Prior notice will be given in such cases.
• Curriculum is designed and updated by qualified professionals and may be adjusted for quality and learning outcomes.

6. Privacy & Safety

• Student data will be collected only for administrative and educational purposes and will not be shared externally.
• Online classes are conducted securely via Zoom or approved platforms.

7. Content Usage

• All course materials, lesson recordings, and artworks shared during classes remain the intellectual property of Kujjana and cannot be reused, resold, or published without permission.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

• We do not offer refunds once the payment has been processed.
• In special cases like medical emergencies, batch transfers may be considered based on management approval.

9. Code of Conduct

• Students and parents are expected to communicate respectfully with staff and tutors.
• Disruptive or offensive behavior in classes or groups may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Changes to Terms

• Kujjana reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued usage of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
