Program Schedule
- 8:30 AM – Registration & Seating
- 10:00 AM – Competition Begins
- 12:00 PM – Submission Ends
- 2:00 PM – Results & Prize Distribution
Instructions
- 📝 Drawing paper (A4 size) will be provided
- ✏️ Participants must bring their own drawing materials:
- Pencils (HB, 2B, 4B, or any shading pencils)
- Eraser and sharpener
- Ruler (optional)
- Drawing board (if preferred)
- Personal water bottle
- ❌ Charcoal is not allowed
- 🚫 No pre-drawn work or mobile phone use is allowed during the event
- 🎯 Topic will be announced on the day of competition
